We only use tracked delivery from trusted and secure Companies with a reputation for consistent service. Products are carefully packed and despatched as quickly as we are able. We aim to update you at each stage of the delivery process.
Personalised products may not be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly personalised as a result of our error.
Where a product is incorrectly supplied or is below our accepted standards we will replace it without question. In all cases you should advise us of any errors or faults within 7 days of receipt.
No items may be returned without first obtaining a return note from us.
